Dance

Deep Dance Experience

Come enjoy the class that helped inspire the MUUV Center and meet the teacher that keeps the crowds coming back for more! In this class you are going to dance and sweat! This is a class for any ability, no dance experience required. Come ready for some loud inspiring music, a great cardio workout, and freedom to bring your own moves.
*Bare feet for this class is recommended, or indoor only white soled shoes.

Tuesday and Thursday at 10 a.m.
Monday Nights: Check the schedule page or our online scheduler for the most up to date evening class schedule.

Early Bird Dance Fitness

Rise and shine with this aerobic, low-impact class. Revitalize your body and work up a sweat with a combination of mindful pilates floor work, and spirited dance to irresistible music. This is a fun creative dance exercise class that honors any ability, you don't have to be a dancer to take this class.  It combines mind, body and spirit into dance fitness with an emphasis on proper alignment and posture.  Come dance and let your body get its groove on!  


Wednesdays 8:30-9:30 a.m.

Yoga

Vinyasa-Flow Yoga

As Ralph Waldo Emerson said, "What lies before us and what lies behind us is nothing compared to what lies within us." 
When you take a class with Jenny Lewis, the inspirational words of writers and philosophers are one of the motivating features that will lift your spirits and engage your intellect. 
In these classes Jenny Lewis links breath with dynamic, flowing movement. Each class flows on the breath as students enjoy a variety of asanas including hip openers, backbends, and arm balances. Prepare to breathe deeply, sweat, and most importantly have fun. 
Jenny often says that each practice should be a "moving meditation" and what could be more meditative than practicing Yoga while looking over the Boise river in the beautiful studio at MUUV.


Tuesday and Thursday, 5:30-6:45 p.m. 
Every first and third Saturday of the month, 8:30-9:45 a.m.

Jenny loves her students to bring their own mats! If you don't have one already ask Jenny about the awesome Manduka mats she will sell you at cost. If you don't have a mat for your first class, or forget to bring it, we have one you can use too!

Aligned-Flow

A class for those who enjoy both alignment and flow elements in their yoga practice. This class, which is suitable for all levels, explores different types of poses each week while establishing a strong foundation through a consistent core sequence.
